Q:

My instruction manual says the SWSP2 takes a Class 15 bobbin, but it
doesn't seem to work.

|
A:
|
There was a misprint in the manual, and the SWSP2 actually takes a Class 66
bobbin. |

Q:
|
My needle is not picking up my bobbin thread.

You may have a bent needle (which cannot always be seen with the eyes).
Replace your needle with the type/size specified in the manual. Also check to
make sure your machine is threaded exactly like it states on page 10 of your
manual, paying special attention to Fig. 5, 6, and 7 on that page. Also make sure
your bobbin is threaded and inserted correctly, as on page 9 of your manual,
paying special attention to figure 9, 10, and 11. |

I am missing some parts on my SWPS2 when I opened the box. How do I get
the missing parts?

For missing parts, please call 800-822-6691, then choose option 1 for Parts
when prompted. |

Q:

My SWSP2 won't stitch and it runs in reverse. But if I put the lever to "reverse," then it will try to sew forward, but still won't pick up the stitch.

Please double check your plug in for your AC/DC adaptor and Foot control. Make sure you have the foot control plugged into the correct receptacle marked "foot control" and the adapter (if using), plugged into the "ac/dc adapter" receptacle. This is VERY important. This is also on page 6 of your instruction manual. |
